ODYSSEY EXPRESS 2009 Conversion Package for SUV's

Established in 1979, Odyssey of Wharton NJ manufactures first response EMS units, Chief and Command units, Specialty law enforcement, Security and commercial vehicles based on sport utility vehicles, vans, trucks, buses and light rescues.

By using the following program you can "Spec-Out" an Emergency Response Unit and submit it to Odyssey for a proposal and information.
The following is our Commander, EMS Responder and Tactical EXPRESS conversion and available options.

CABINETRY	Choice of any Odyssey Express Cabinet System constructed from special MDO grade plywood, laminate, gray marine carpeting, black PVC bumper strip for durability on all exposed edges and HDP unbreakable composite drawer and door faces. Command cabinets include a pull out command board, file drawer, space for SCBA and additional compartments. EMS cabinets include compartments with removable dividers and adjustable shelves. other Odyssey cabinets can be substituted for additional cost. Drawings are submitted for approval after order is placed.

VEHICLE SECURITY	Remote start: remote control units attached to thekey chain that wil operate theexisitng door locks and allow you tostart the vehicle from a distance. The vehicle wil remain running whth any accessories left on (i.e.; heat, defroster or air conditioning) or 20 minutes until the ignition circuit is activated.
COMMAND CHUTE	Custom cover attaching to the rear of the vehicle to protect the rear area when doors andatch are open

ODYSSEY TERMS

Conversions: 35% down at the time of the order with the balance with all additions to be paid in full upon completion and acceptance of the unit.

Chassis: The chassis must be paid in full when it arrives at Odyssey. If two payments are more convenient then the chassis can be paid in full along with the conversion deposit. Any delay in payment will accrue a charge of $ 10.00 per day interest until the chassis is paid in full.
Chassis must be paid in full when the chassis arrives at Odyssey.

Pricing: is subject to change but all quotations will be valid for 60 days. Chassis, quotations are subject to availability and is only valid at the date of the proposal. All quotations exclude any applicable sales or use taxes unless specified and included with the price. FOB-NJ

Applicable Law: The terms and provisions of this Contract and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed and principles of law applied by the laws of the State of New Jersey. The courts of New Jersey shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in any case or controversy arising under this Contract. Each party to this Contract, inclusive of its successors or assigns hereby submits and consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey and within which all such actions, unless otherwise provided for the arbitration of said disputes, shall be the proper venue for any such action.

Communications equipment: All customer supplied communications equipment must be complete, fully operational and programmed upon arrival at Odyssey. Equipment not complete will be installed in the designated locations with all wiring in place but not attached to the equipment. Odyssey's responsibility will end at that point and it will be necessary for your communications vendor to complete the installation. Odyssey shall not be responsible for any customer supplied equipment not 100% functional upon arrival. If you request the supplied equipment be serviced Odyssey will make the arrangements at a qualified local vendor. The department shall be responsible for any and all charges incurred. This service will postpone the start of production time quotations until the equipment is returned in working order. There are no warranties implied by offering this service.

Warranty: The chassis is warranted by the manufacturer of the chassis. Odyssey has a full limited warranty supplement that will be included with the owners manual upon delivery. If you would like a copy prior to contract please ask for a copy.

Production time: is 4 to 6 weeks depending on type of conversion and chassis details after arrival of the chassis at Odyssey and all plans are approved. If a contract and all approvals are submitted prior to the arrival of the chassis the production time will be considerably less. At any time during construction, consider yourselves our guests to stop by and view or discuss your conversion.
